
Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in maintaining long-term customer relationships. The Customer Relations Specialist will be the first point of contact for client queries, providing end-to-end support and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients through regular updates and issue resolution
- Coordinating with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns
- Providing support for account setup, documentation, and order processing
- Managing escalations and ensuring proactive communication with clients
- Assisting in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on Transway Group services
- Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Gathering feedback and sharing insights with management to enhance customer experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field)
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
