We are seeking seasoned travel professionals to serve as the bridge between our organization and its clients. The ideal candidate will take ownership of delivering exceptional travel services, catering to individuals or businesses, with a focus on elevating satisfaction and building a loyal customer base.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookings for domestic and international flights, rail, and other travel arrangements.
  • Provide in-depth information on products and services, including visas, foreign exchange, health regulations, and insurance.
  • Handle refund and cancellation procedures for domestic and international air tickets.
  • Coordinate ticket issuance with proper deal codes and bonuses.
  • Follow established communication scripts for handling various topics.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and servicing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with follow-up invoicing and recoveries.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Offer relevant information, brochures, and publications to travelers.
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
  • Effective interaction, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • A genuine passion for geography and a strong understanding of domestic and international travel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to assimilate information accurately.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma in Travel & Tourism is preferred.

Experience:

  • Total 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Travel Management Company.
