About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional customer support professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our clients through various communication channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Your strong understanding of business operations, computer skills, and excellent communication skills will enable you to navigate complex issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs.
To be successful in this role, you must be flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should possess a high secondary or equivalent qualification with 3 years' experience in a related field, or any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, responsive, timely telephone and email support to Consumer Clients, Sales, and other internal team members
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively through troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintain a strong understanding of the products and services offered by us
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Develop or improve on internal systems knowledge
- Foster collaborative relationships with Sales and other internal teams to address customer issues
Requirements:
- High secondary or equivalent qualification with 3 years' experience in a related field; OR any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience
- Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Internet-based tools
- Strong understanding of business operations (spreadsheets, trends, data)
- Be Flexible in working hours which is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- An unerring attention to detail;
- The ability to multitask, answering numerous chats/calls and navigating smoothly between both mediums
- A professional demeanor with the ability to take ownership of every chat, call or email and find a solution for every customer
- The ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment where messages over chat, call and email come fast and furious;
