Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous customer service expert to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from their initial interaction to final resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our Direct-to-Consumer website platform, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, coordinating logistics and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in ecommerce operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Requirements:
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and software.
