Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support in their native language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing support and assistance to customers in their native language
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
  • Staying updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets set by the company

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing excellent service
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum education qualification of a Graduate (In Any stream)

Shifts and Benefits:

  • For males: 24*7 (last shift 4 pm to 1 am), females: 6 am to 8 pm (any 9 hours window) No transport during odd hours shifts
