Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner via phone, email, live chat, or social media channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to management to improve the service experience.
  • Documentation: Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company's CRM system.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
