We are seeking a skilled Logistics Business Development Representative to join our team. As a global outsourcing and virtual assistance provider, we partner with businesses worldwide to deliver reliable support, lead generation, and logistics coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers. They will work directly with our clients and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish
- Promoting logistics solutions to generate qualified leads
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication
- Accurately documenting all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Requirements include fluency in both Spanish and English, proven experience in cold calling or telesales, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
Responsibilities
