At FreightFox, we're transforming the logistics landscape with data-driven solutions. We're seeking a skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead our product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis and insights: Leverage customer and operational data to identify trends by analyzing customer and platform datasets. Measure product performance and optimize workflows.
  • Capture business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage its full lifecycle from concept to MVP, implementation, and scale-up.
  • Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and system integrations (SCM, WMS, CRM), designing scalable workflows, data flows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate roadmaps and priorities, maintain documentation, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, success metrics, and business expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 3-8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst or similar role in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to 0-1 product building.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain workflows.
  • Familiarity with ERP, SCM, WMS, CRM, and IoT systems.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in BI and analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and design optimized solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with capability to validate KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
  • Knowledge of requirement gathering methods like workshops, interviews, user observation.
