About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Management professional to oversee all import and export documentation, coordinate logistical activities, and handle customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and oversee all import and export documentation ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • To coordinate logistical activities ensuring timely shipment and delivery of goods.
  • To handle customs clearance processes while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards.
  • To engage with vendors to negotiate terms and cultivate strong ongoing partnerships.
  • To optimize supply chain performance through efficient management practices and strategic planning.
  • To resolve any issues related to shipment delays forwarding or customs by collaborating with relevant teams.
  • To prepare reports on logistics supply chain operations and vendor performance for management review.
  • To stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt and advise accordingly.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven proficiency in export-import documentation to ensure seamless cross-border transactions.
  • Efficiency in coordinating logistics to optimize supply chain operations and minimize delays.
  • In-depth understanding of customs compliance to prevent legal issues and enhance trade efficiency.
  • Strong vendor management skills to establish and maintain productive supplier relationships.
  • Supply chain management experience for improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and strengthen business ties.
  • Analytical aptitude to assess and mitigate risks in import and export processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure process alignment and success.
