Key Role

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven technology leader to join our senior leadership team and guide us through our next phase of growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the technology vision and strategy while remaining actively involved in product development.

You'll lead the charge in building a lean, high-impact engineering team that drives innovation and excellence in all we do.

This is both a strategic and operational role: you'll architect and code, mentor and manage, and make critical decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a technology leader (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) in a fast-paced start-up or gaming company
  • Strong coding skills with a willingness to be a hands-on leader
  • Experience architecting and scaling consumer-facing platforms
  • Familiarity with real-time data systems, cloud computing, and mobile/web development
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, data privacy, and secure transaction systems
  • Ability to build and inspire small teams while operating in a dynamic environment
