    • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking leadership and change management skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Qualifications
    • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business.
    • 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation.
