Senior Manager - Learning & Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager to lead the development of our learning initiatives, shaping the organization's talent capability framework and driving leadership growth.

This role will be instrumental in designing and executing structured learning programs that address technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for various critical roles. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation of onboarding and training programs for new hires, enabling seamless integration and strong foundational skill-building.

We require a visionary leader who can spearhead the adoption and management of learning management systems, digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning. They will also establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.
  • Design and oversee structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
  • Drive structured onboarding and training programs for campus hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
  • Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Spearhead the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
  • Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
