Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central learning and development programs.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee program effectiveness and drive learner engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central learning and development programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
