Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business leads in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize sales intelligence tools to research and identify potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Maintain an accurate database of qualified leads with comprehensive contact and company information.
- Develop personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
- Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Publish regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
- Represent the company's brand values through professional communication.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply).
- Familiarity with sales intelligence tools and CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently during U.S. night hours.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for learning about the logistics industry.
