As a seasoned logistics professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation and support of SAP logistics solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. SAP Logistics Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end logistics processes within SAP, covering sales, distribution, materials management, warehouse management, and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand logistics needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and direction on SAP logistics configurations, processes, and optimizations.
SAP Solution Architecture
  • Design and implement scalable, robust SAP logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and long-term goals.
  • Architect SAP systems by integrating sales, distribution, materials management, and other relevant modules to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.
  • Ensure alignment of solution designs with industry best practices and SAP standards.
Implementation & Project Management
  • Lead SAP logistics implementations, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage and coordinate across cross-functional teams (IT, business users, third-party vendors).
  • Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP logistics systems, identifying and resolving system issues, bugs, and performance gaps.
  • Continuously optimize SAP logistics processes to improve efficiency, minimize costs, and support business growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving the integration of logistics processes with other SAP modules.
Integration & Coordination Across Modules
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP sales, distribution, materials management, and other SAP modules (e.g., finance, production planning, and procurement).
  • Work closely with technical teams to design, develop, and test integration points.
  • Ensure consistency in master data management across all logistics processes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related SAP activities across various business units.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and in-house consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Work closely with business leaders to define and prioritize logistics requirements and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Document solutions, processes, and configurations clearly and comprehensively for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management on project progress and system performance.
