Job Opportunity:

SAP SD Functional Consultant Position

This role will serve as a key designer and liaison, providing support to various team members by understanding business processes and requirements in-depth. The successful candidate will have 10 to 12 years of experience in functional configuration of the Sales Document (SD) module in SAP ECC, with a strong understanding of integration with Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting (FI). They should be able to map business requirements to system configuration.

  • Organize and lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Perform configuration, functional documentation, testing plans, execute testing, track results, system documentation, and produce training materials.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for suggesting new SAP functionality to stakeholders, conducting fit-gap assessments, participating in proof-of-concept analyses, establishing credibility at all levels with clients, and promoting SAP knowledge and usage within the organization.

In addition, they will prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities, design and deliver end-user training, and provide functional support as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple SAP implementations, a basic understanding of ABAP programming, IDOCs, enhancements, interfaces, and user exits.

They must be willing to work flexible hours, as needed, and hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certification in SD is beneficial.
