Job Description:

As a key member of our sales team at TRICONA IT Solutions Private Limited, the Senior Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through strategic pipeline development, account management, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of our solutions and their application in the enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets and KPI metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level decision-makers in target accounts, including Fintech, BFSI, Ecomm, and Retail industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate sales cycles and ensure seamless product demonstrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in new business generation, SME, and enterprise inside sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the SaaS market or enterprise software, with a thorough understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Knowledge of Voice & SMS industry, with a focus on hunting new logos and building relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
