Job Summary
  • Lead a team of planners to optimize manpower resource utilization.
  • Maximize the use of teammates by forecasting transaction volumes and scheduling accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Forecast and budget to improve employee productivity, enhance labor planning, lower operations costs, and drive efficient time and attendance tracking for better customer service levels.
  2. Maintain accurate employee details including availability, preferences, and skills in a roster.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders to provide relevant data for business cases.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of workforce management experience.
  • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, staff scheduling, employee performance management, compliance, time and attendance, and vacation leave planning.
