Senior Workforce Management Executive Position
  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workforce Management Executive with extensive experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team of workforce planners to optimize manpower utilization by accurately predicting transaction volumes and scheduling the right number of staff members to meet customer demand.
  • This role requires expertise in forecasting, budgeting, staff scheduling, performance management, compliance, time tracking, and vacation leave planning to improve employee productivity, enhance labor planning, reduce operational costs, and drive efficient time tracking for exceptional customer service levels.
  • As a senior workforce manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and maintain accurate staff rosters with up-to-date employee details, including availability, preferences, and skills.

Location: Navi Mumbai, Gurugram, Indore, Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to optimize manpower utilization and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate staff rosters with up-to-date employee details, including availability, preferences, and skills.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Implement processes to improve employee productivity, enhance labor planning, reduce operational costs, and drive efficient time tracking for exceptional customer service levels.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in workforce management, with a strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and staff scheduling.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional customer service levels and improving employee productivity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
