Workforce Management Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Specialist to lead the successful implementation of our workforce management system. This individual will be responsible for planning, configuring, testing, training, and providing post-implementation support for our workforce management solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of workforce management solutions including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Configure and customize workforce management modules and functionality based on business requirements ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful integration of workforce management systems with existing systems and applications.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of workforce management systems.
- Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in workforce management recommending enhancements and system optimizations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of workforce management solutions or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
- Proficient in system configuration and customization of workforce management modules.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
