Workforce Management Assistant

This role involves the strategic management of workforce planning, schedule creation and adherence. Key responsibilities include analyzing historical data to identify trends and patterns that can inform optimized scheduling strategies.

Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze historical data and performance metrics to develop employee schedules based on forecasted workloads, service level targets, and productivity requirements.
  • Collaborate with WFM Analyst in identifying areas for schedule optimization and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage employee adherence to assigned schedules, track attendance, breaks, lunch hours, and time-off requests to ensure compliance.
  • Develop real-time monitoring capabilities to continually assess service levels, average handle times, and agent availability, making timely adjustments as necessary.

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, company policies, internal and external standards is also a key responsibility. Generating reports and providing insights on key workforce metrics, schedule adherence, and performance indicators is crucial for this role.
