Job Title: Strategic Incentive Planner

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Strategic Incentive Planner to design and implement incentive plans that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop incentive plans that align with organizational goals, product priorities, and market dynamics.
  • Customize schemes across therapy areas, geographies, and roles based on performance metrics and business needs.
  • Analyze historical sales and performance data to develop logical and motivating incentive structures.
  • Use statistical tools and Excel-based or BI dashboards for demonstrating different scenarios and impact analysis.
  • Benchmark incentive schemes with industry standards and competitor data.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Sales Ops, and HR for seamless implementation of incentive plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payout processing with necessary checks, approvals, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend refinements as needed.
  • Engage with senior sales leadership, BU heads, and HR partners to gather feedback and ensure buy-in.
  • Conduct training and communication sessions for field force and line managers to ensure clarity on incentive policies.


Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and statistical tools.
