At the forefront of our organization, we are seeking an accomplished SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to spearhead the implementation and maintenance of our Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics modules. This pivotal role demands a meticulous blend of technical acumen and business savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the successful configuration, development, and upkeep of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting
  • Design and refine BIRT reports tailored to client-specific KPIs and business metrics, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business partners to deliver high-impact dashboards, analytics, and reports that inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop expertise in SAP Metadata Framework (MDF), Report Center, and calculated columns in WFA
  • Conduct thorough system testing, provide user training, and offer post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption
  • Assist with data modeling, data mapping, and integration of WFA with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 2–3 years in WFP and WFA
  • Proficiency in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) for developing custom reports
  • In-depth understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce Analytics
  • Experience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sources
  • Familiarity with MDF (Metadata Framework), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Report Center
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), and Performance & Goals (PMGM)
  • Familiarity with Advanced Reporting, Canvas Reports, and Online Report Designer (ORD)
  • SAP SuccessFactors WFA/WFP certification
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics or visualization tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Planning (preferred)
