Job Title: Workforce Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our workforce management team. As a Workforce Management Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our workforce operations.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in workforce management, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role leading a team of analysts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of analysts in achieving operational excellence.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in workforce management.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Location:

Navi Mumbai, Gurugram, Indore, Mohali.
