Technical Specialist

The role of a Technical Specialist is to provide expert-level technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of complex systems and processes. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, developing and implementing technical solutions, and providing training and knowledge-sharing sessions to other team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using SOP documents and analytical skills.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the technical skills of team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ months of experience in IT infrastructure, storage, and service desk.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and verbal/written skills.
  • Typing skills (min 60-80 WPM).
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL framework.
  • Google product expertise (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheet, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet).
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification preferred.
