Windows Support Technician

Join our organization as a Windows Support Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing technical assistance and have excellent problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

This position involves being the primary point of contact for customers seeking help with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues. You will be responsible for delivering fast, clear, and effective solutions via chat support. Your goal is to create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.

  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show patience and empathy towards customers.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)

Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)

Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries

Certifications like Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and as part of a team
