Technical Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide expert technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform to our clients in India. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to capture technical requirements, analysing business needs and delivering required technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture technical requirements
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs
- Provide end-to-end technical support for D365 F&O platform
- Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as required
- Maintain, manage and support D365 application post implementation
- Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of the D365 F&O platform and its applications. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Essential Qualifications:- Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O certification
- Proven experience in providing technical support for D365 F&O
- Strong understanding of printers, handheld scanners and F&O as a cloud-hosted application
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in the field and provide exceptional support to our clients. They will also be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
