Accessible Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled individual to support a blind Data & Appliance Analyst working within a global Cloud + AI organisation.
This role is not about doing the work for the client, but about enabling them to do it—bridging accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
You'll work closely with the Analyst to provide visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as Azure Portals, Excel, and Visual Studio. The client uses JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting others and people-centric with strong communication skills and ability to provide support in a clear, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and make basic code changes.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and other Excel tools to streamline workflows.
- Assist in converting and formatting documents to meet accessibility standards.
- Summarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team members.
