Job Title

The role of Identity and Access Specialist is a key position within our organization, requiring an individual with strong technical skills and attention to detail.

This job involves managing the day-to-day operations for Identity and Access Management. The primary responsibility is to ensure native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert and adhere to established processes without any deviations.

  • Ensure Userdata is refreshed to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and adhere to defined escalation processes to source Userlists.
  • Respond to business/stakeholder requests for Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for Userlist sourcing and address application limitations.
  • Highlight and mitigate IAM process risks pertaining to our organization.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
