Governance & Risk key accountabilities include ensuring SLAs are met, releases/deployments to production without issue, post-deployment incident levels achieving set targets, and server patch levels adhering to policy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage production, supported, and controlled with appropriate governance and agility.
- Packaging project and change releases to meet quality standards and deploy to target environments within agreed timescales.
- Developing technical skills required for test environment management and providing EDT support along with the Global team.
- Experience in leading teams from a technical perspective.
- Strong IT knowledge, including diagnosis and resolution of complex issues.
- Able to drive an automation-first culture and develop CI & CD pipelines.
