Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a key role that plays a vital part in the success of our organization. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment and hiring process, collaborating with other departments to fill open positions in a timely manner.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and onboarding.
- Attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels, such as job postings, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years in an HR generalist role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Audit employee payroll to ensure timely and correct distribution of paychecks.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
