Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition Leader

About the Role

The role of a Global Talent Acquisition Leader is to lead the recruitment process for assigned locations, driving the establishment of a world-class global talent acquisition process.

This includes spearheading the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing industry best practices, as well as leading, coaching, and empowering a team of Talent Acquisition Leads who specialize in hiring for GHRSS sub-verticals - HRIS/TAGS/Ops.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  2. Plan and strategize hiring needs, developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Create a robust Talent Acquisition engine with an aim to bring forth recruitment efficiency.
  4. Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.
  5. Review data and assess external talent environment to forecast talent supply & needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a team leading role in talent acquisition.
  • Minimum 4 + years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring.
  • Must have experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
