Talent Acquisition Manager

The Manager of Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning to candidate onboarding.
This position involves strategic planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. It is crucial to maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-turnover roles such as front-line sales agents/advisors.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various functions, including sales, claims, operations, and underwriting.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business and HRBP teams to understand current and future talent needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline for high-turnover roles.
- Engage with external recruitment vendors and consultants to optimize performance metrics.
Requirements
- Possess an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Have 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI or insurance sector.
