Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Your primary goal will be to create a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates, leveraging multiple sourcing channels and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will drive an engaging recruitment journey, ensuring professionalism and transparency at every stage.

The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch. They will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS software.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage top talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging recruitment journey, ensuring seamless interactions and timely communication.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on managing Talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of ATS, HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
