Talent Acquisition Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and support the recruitment process.

This role reports to the TA Head and partners closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

  • Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manages end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
  • Ensures compliance with all aspects of recruitment and selection processes

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience, with a minimum of 12+ years of related experience. They should also have extensive experience in HR data and HR systems, as well as the ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives

Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection

Recruitment Counseling: Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all aspects of recruitment and selection processes

Requirements:

Education: Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience

Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of related experience in HR data and HR systems

Skills: Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems, ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically
