Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through active sourcing on various platforms and networks.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
