Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished talent acquisition professional to spearhead our recruitment strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition plan aligned with our organizational objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Design and implement workforce planning strategies to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:

  • Promote our employer brand to attract top talent in various sectors.
  • Ensure seamless candidate journeys across all hiring stages.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Foster close relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring processes.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Location: Mount Abu, India
