About Our Job:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, fostering a positive work environment, developing HR policies, and implementing training and development programs.

The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in administering HR policies and procedures, skills in training, development, and performance management, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • HR Policy Administration: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, and support career growth and development.
  • HR Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR records, including employee data, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all aspects of HR operations.
