Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective execution of recruitment plans
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Source and identify high-potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management
  • Proven track record of success in managing large teams and achieving recruitment targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Excel for MIS reporting and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience working on non-IT, BFSI, infrastructure, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, and telecom mandates
  • Adequate knowledge of job portals and sourcing applications
  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies and negotiating rates and agency agreements
