Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, overseeing bulk hiring, sales hiring, and non-IT recruitment processes.

The successful candidate will design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to source top talent. They will lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations, collaborating with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to source top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate degree
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring
