Job Title: Strategic Workforce Leader

The Business HR will serve as a strategic partner to the organization, driving workforce strategy aligned with business objectives. This role will execute the HR agenda across talent management, hiring, capability building, performance, employee engagement, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Facilitate the hiring needs and attach the right talent as per the requirements.
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute talent development strategies including succession planning and career paths.
  • Performance & Rewards: Drive a performance management culture focused on accountability, outcomes, and continuous feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure and monitor statutory compliances for Factory and Sales, smooth closure of disciplinary cases reported to HR, and seamless HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS usage, and policy governance.

This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law and labor relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
