Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced HR Analytics professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce plans, integrating FTE and compensation costs for seamless transparency and forecasting.
  2. Provide critical analytics support to the HR function across people metrics, reporting, advanced, and predictive analytics, ensuring successful global delivery against agreed KPIs.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technology and analytical tools (R, Python recommended) to design and analyze enterprise-wide people and cross-functional data as required, effectively communicating findings to senior management through formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems to create customized workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting (employee life-cycle changes, headcount, organizational structures, diversity, learning, performance management etc.)
  • Proven track record in analytics environments (including MI and reporting), preferably within HR, with a focus on delivering actionable insights
  • Experience in financial planning regarding workforce costs (fixed pay, variable pay, benefits)
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans, and HR reports (e.g. HR Scorecard, HR Functional Dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results
  • Ability to lead the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, as well as factors that could impact results, and report findings through graphs, charts, and tables
