Job Description:

As a Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and operations teams to optimize workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity management.

The role requires partnering with clients to ensure seamless service delivery while meeting business objectives. You will be the primary point of contact for business leaders and client stakeholders.

You will provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This includes translating business forecasts into WFM strategies, developing long-term and short-term capacity plans, and forecasting call volumes and workloads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate business forecasts into WFM strategies
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with business stakeholders and clients
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring teams with a focus on building capability within the WFM team
