About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building client relationships, and driving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet client requirements with quality and speed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, performance tracking, and development.
  • Act as the key point of contact for client coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of hiring projects.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR consultancy recruitment (staffing/recruitment agency environment).
  • Proven experience in handling delivery and recruitment independently.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
