Strategic Operations Manager for Business Growth

As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by collaborating directly with Executive Management. Your primary goal will be to cultivate a talent pool of Young Leaders who can assume larger roles within the organization and eventually become P&L Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically oversee key deliverables among team members to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to optimize operational efficiency across departments such as HR, marketing, production, IT, and logistics.
- Foster a culture of accountability and progress through proactive follow-ups and task updates.
- Design and implement streamlined processes to drive efficiency in high-impact activities such as reviews, meetings, and communication channels.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions, performance evaluations, and comprehensive business reviews, leveraging insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to foster strong relationships and drive mutual success.
Qualifications:
- Engineer + MBA (Operations Management/Sales & Marketing)
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in relevant roles (e.g., EA/Chief of Staff to Director or CEO, Strategy Team)
- Manufacturing Operations experience
- Worked in a B2B sales environment
- Strong strategic thinking skills to navigate diverse workplace scenarios and devise solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for tasks such as spreadsheet management, presentations, email, scheduling, and office management
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous planning, and methodical approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking
- Commitment to upholding integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
