Job Description:
  • Maintain all managed devices secure by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OSes, Microsoft Office, and monthly third-party applications using System Center Configuration Manager.
  • Develop and deploy Windows 10 images for new installations and re-imaged devices.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Windows 10 images by maintaining up-to-date OS updates, driver updates, application, and settings updates/addition/removal using SCCM.
  • Utilize SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services with embedded integrations, such as Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, and Microsoft Defender.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Inventory Management, Software Distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM and Intune. They should be able to develop, standardize, and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions, design and deploy medium to large-scale SCCM environments, and handle test and release of applications and patches using SCCM.

Able to create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients and resolve tasks escalated by Level 2 teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-12 years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration.
  • Deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM and Intune.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit all Levels.
  • Sound knowledge on various Imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
