Enterprise Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Take ownership of managing key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and reaching annual revenue goals.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth by uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts, up-selling and cross-selling IT solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy plan to achieve revenue goals within assigned accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Navigate the entire sales cycle within each account, from opportunity identification to closure.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in IT sales or account management, preferably in Large and Mid-Market segments.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT solutions, including System Integration, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, and Cybersecurity.
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
