Job Overview
B2B Enterprise Sales Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced B2B sales leader to drive enterprise sales growth across our organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals and develop go-to-market strategies for our B2B verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver results-driven sales performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and system integrators.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales team.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in geospatial, enterprise SaaS, AgTech/InsurTech, or infrastructure analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role with P&L accountability.
- Proven track record of success in closing large enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze unit economics and pricing strategy.
