Job Opportunity: Enterprise Mobility Professional

The Enterprise Mobility team specializes in building and maintaining the foundation of our technology environment.

We are a collective group of product and platform teams passionate about continuous, high-quality delivery.

As an Enterprise Mobility professional, you will:

  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security.
  • Automate and document operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Key tools & applications include ServiceNow, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
