Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support for all IT infrastructure-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escalate incidents to senior teams or vendors for prompt resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for newly resolved issues.
  • Manage MIS reports for issues, changes, and application downtimes.
  • Automate and schedule activities independently or with server/network teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for issue resolutions.
  • Liaise with relevant teams for analysis and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix operating systems.
  • Proficient in one or more database technologies: MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2.
  • OCA/OCP certified professional.
  • Knowledge of Middleware technologies.
  • Preferably experienced in NCB production support role.
